Get online support
Hi.
I received message saying that my NBN had been installed and then another message saying can't see me online.
I have plugged modem in, and the wifi is up and running but not carrying any internet. I tried to look at troubleshooting and now wonder if i need an NBN connector device - have just moved into this house and there was just a wall socket. I have tried to get in contact through the online chat - can't find a phone number! And replied to an email.
Please help!
What type of NBN do you have?
For example:
FTTN has just the wifi router in the wall socket.
FTTC has the router connected to a NBN connection device.
