Hi TPG Support,

My NBN box has not been online for over 2 days now.

Your last response (10hrs ago) was:
We have reviewed your issue and have forwarded it to our wholesale provider, an appointment should be booked shortly Ref: TE-5429312

Nothing has happened since.
Any update? Will this continue over the weekend?

Hi TPG,

This is what NBN Co say:
We are investigating network degradation in your area. Your service may experience a partial or total loss of connectivity. Restoration is underway - the issue is estimated to be resolved by Fri 23 Aug 5:30pm.

For more information please contact your service provider.

Obviously, this was not resolved!
Therefore, I'm checking with you as my service provider.
Any updates?
