All was working well with my nbn and all of a sudden we lost connection. I noticed the LAN light on the nbn box is not on. What is the issue?
What type of NBN do you have. Eg., if FTTC, the LAN light OFF on the NBN box indicates it has lost connection to the wifi router.
What type of router do you have? What lights does it have on?
Have you tried turning both off and on?
