I have just signed up for NBN plan (HFC) at my home. I've received the modem but there is no NBN connection box. Today I got a message from TPG asking to connect and switch on the equipment. I'm not sure whether a technician will be coming to set up because I haven't got any email about an installation appointment. What should I do next?
Your service address is classifed as Service Class 24 whereas the connection is meant to be remotely activated. Furthermore, the NBN main modem (NTD) should be present given the fact that equipment are ready to use. The NTD should be available as this is NBN Co's property.
The issue is now raised to NBN Co by our Provisioning Team. A Case Manager has also been assigned as a point of contact to provide you with updates where possible.
