Internet Light is off

I just movef to a new adress and yesterday NBN technician installed my connection but no internet connection and internet light is off on my modem. It was working perfectly in my previous property. I tried to configure manually and all solution provided by you but still nothing.
Can you please let me know what should I do.

The modem we provide is pre-configured and should work in a few minutes after setting it up. Though there are instances that it really takes a while to connect to our server, usually it should just be at least 30mins to an hour.


For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage. Check our Service Status page for any known outages.
