Hi TPG,
My Customer ID is 6780728.
I have recently subscribed your NBN service at my new place. I have received the modem already.
However, in my new place, there's no NBN connection box and I could only see the nbn coaxial socket. (see photo)
I require internet connection Urgently.
Could you please arrange the NBN connection box to be installed ASAP?

Not all NBN connections require a separate box.
Please go to https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/Broadband-Internet/New-Connection-Setup-Help/m-p/24252?utm_source=HC to determine your service type (FTTN,FTTP,FTTH etc) and follow the instructions to plug in your modem. It may just plug into a phone socket.
This looks like HFC connection which uses an Arris CM8200 connection box.
