No NBN connection box

I recently moved to a new property and signed up for an NBN plan and received the last Saturday.

However, I have not received an NBN network connection device and am unable to install the modem.

Can you please advise how I get the NBN connection box?

Welcome to the Community!

We were able to locate your account using your community details and learned that your address is tagged as Service class 33. There is a possibility that an NBN technician will be requested to visit the site to install your service along with the NBN NCD box.

An email notification will be given as soon as an update becomes available as the NBN service installation is still in progress.
