Get online support
I have received the AC1600 ADSL modem router and the NBN box but my internet is not working. I have tried emailing tpg support several times and I have not received any response or call back after their email saying it would take a couple of hours, it's been a week. What do I do if I have everything plugged in and connected but I need tpg to see whether they need to activate it or send a technician?
What lights are lit on the NBN box and on the wifi router?
