I did not receive a power cord that is supposed to be included in the NBN box. Can anybody help/source this for me? Thanks in advance.

Hi @pediadude, we have located the account using your community details.
As per checking, your new address is classified by NBN Co. as Service Class 24, which means that it is NBN HFC serviceable, all equipment have been installed, that includes the NBN connection box and its power cord. Having said that, the service can be activated remotely.
Since you are unable to find the NBN Connection Box/Black Box power cord, we have escalated your concern to our Provisioning Team and a Case Manager will contact you to address the matter.
