Installation on Wednesday 24th August went fine. Internet and outbound calls working.
But no inbound calls yet.
I presume this has not been fully provisioned.

if you opted to port your existing home phone number to TPG, please be advised that the porting process normally takes 1-5 working days to be completed from the date the service was activated.

Still no porting.
The porting has been attempted three times with no success.
I have just spent an hour on the phone being transfered around before being cut off.
Please port the number from Telstra.
This is for my 89 year old mother who needs inbound calls from places such as the doctor and pharmacy.
Hi @margmann , it appears that the porting has been successful as the phone service shows registered on our system. Kindly try to check if the home phone is now working.

But now outbound calls all get an engaged signal and inbound calls are still going to Telstra's voicemail service.
That means that she is now completely cut-off with no inbound or outbound calls.
The seriousness of this cannot be overstated.
