No internet

I make a BYO plan and got the mail say service active.
But my modem is not light on the internet.
My modem is second hands and is already have username inside, I change the name at EWAN but still not work.

On nbnco box for the uni-d1 light is orange NOT green.

What are the lights on the front?

What model wifi router (modem) do you have?

Settings are: PPPoE, username with @tpg.com.au and password.
