We advise customers to check if their service is affected by an outage here: How to Check for NBN Network Outage and TPG service status.

Using your Community details, I've managed to locate your account and recent update indcated that the issue is now raised to our Engineering Team for further investigation. We realised that the internet is currently not working however, please ensure to leave your modem connected and turned on for remote testing purposes. 

Updates will be provided via phone call or SMS where possible.
