No internet

Hi, I am transfer from Telstra to TPG. I signed up and charged on 9/01/2022, the internet service was still not activated. I was told not to cancel my current plan with Telstra until my TPG NBN connected, thus I did not cancel it. However, just found my Telstra NBN was cancelled today…now I have to live without internet. Did TPG cancel the service? Can someone look into this and solve the problem ASAP!!!!

If your NBN order has been completed, your service must work using either the TPG supplied or BYO modem. If you are still having an issue on getting connected, our tech team can be reached at 13 14 23 options 2 and 1.
