No internet

Hi, internet is down since 3pm 11th January, trying to connect TPG customer care service but no response. All required lights on modem are green except internet. Tried to reboot modem as well as fiber box but no success

I work from home had to rush to office and arrange osh for my kid on emergency basis yesterday.I think story will be same for today as well.Was on recorded call yesterday from 3 pm to 10 pm ,nobody answered phone what is this .Is that the way customer should be treated

You say NBN Box. Are you on FTTP, with an NBN NTD fixed to the wall. If so what LEDs are showing?

Are you in SA? If yes, then there's a major NBN outage that affected the service.

 

This has been resolved and the service should be back to normal.
