Get online support
To add to this, still no response today. My installation status shows that a Installation Tech is coming over yesterday (he has been and set up my NBN) - I was also meant to recieve a Modem last week but never arrived, so I am using my own Modem (TP Link Archer VR900 AC1900) should work as it has a WAN port.
I also tried connecting directly to HFC NBN box via ethernet but still no internet.
