No response re install for weeks

I keep getting cut off when talking to the install team. I have been assigned a case manager who does not respond. It has been weeks and we are still without internet. I have requested for my order to be cancelled and to be issued a refund as I am goi nag with another provider and still no response. Tried again today and was disconnected once again...

Please cancel my account and refund. The lack of communication is horrible even in these busy times.

I can’t work as we are left without internet. All of which could have been sorted and organised before I even moved interstate.
