I have tried a number of times to ring 1300 023575 but no answer and waiting 30-45 minutes this is rubbish service

they want a copy of my tenant agreement and provided me with a email that comes up failed every time (nbnpod@tpg.com.au)

you send me text messages to provide agreement when I reply to the text there is no reply
customer support is rubbish

when I rang today I was told I’d be rand back in 1 hr 20 minutes this is poor
but what’s worse nobody rang
up you game so far I’m not happy
