Not connected to NBN for more than a MONTH!

We signed up for NBN since early April and received the NBN box and modem a week later.

We also received the SMS message to connect everything up.

When we connected everything, all the lights lit up except INTERNET.

The installation status says that our service connection is 'progressing'

 

We've left if for days to see if the connection would happen but nothing has.

 

We're all working from home in this residence and using our Mobile Data. 

 

Please rectify or contact us ASAP!

Thanks for providing details.

I need some information about set up and status lights. 

Can you tell me which lights are ON for NBN NCD?  flashing blue or solid blue or flashing red

How many socket you have and where modem connected?

If any other socket available, have you tried with other socket?

If other socketavailable then make sure nothing else connected with other socket except nbn ncd.

Lights ON on the NBN box: 

- Blue flashing DSL light 

- Red flashing interlocked sign

- Blue power button 

 

Lights ON on the MODEM: 

- power 

- 2.4

- 5

- WAN 

 

Number of sockets: 

ONE SOCKET ONLY. 
Modem is connected to SINGLE socket. 

 

This address has not been connected to NBN before.
Is there a tehcnician scheduled to come out to connect to the telecomm box? 

 

Additionally:

I have received threats that billing is going to start. Why is it starting, or why has it already started, if you cannot provide functioning internet?

Usually nbn service take between 2-30 days for activation, I have also sent your query to our installation team so update.

We have booked nbn technician to investigate no sync issue on  Friday, 08 May 2020, between1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
