Been on hold 2.5 hours someone was ment to come out and set up our internet he came out and said he couldn’t do it. We have payed 500. Have no reception in our house had two wait two weeks for this person to come out just to do nothing. I’m really pissed off no one is answering the phones you have no online chat. DO BETTER
