Notice of cancellation on internet

Hi,
How long a period do we have to inform TPG to cancel the on going internet connection?
We are not in the contract plan.

Hi @Pangtiansang,

You may terminate the Service by giving us at least 30 days written notice. You must pay for charges for the service up to the end of the notice period.

If you cancel your Service before the end of your Minimum Contract Period, you will be required to pay the early termination charges as described in the service description in our website.
