I have recently had the NBN box upgraded in the house for fixed wireless service. The ODU light is now solid red. When I turn the power point off and then back on, and after it loads, the ODU light flashes green then after a while it goes red again. It is affecting the internet in the house. Who's responsibility is it to have this issue asessed?
