Get online support
Have been on NBN about 6 months. Have 3 ATA's that bring 3 lnad lines into our business. Just recently One of the Phone Lines now has a Beeping Noise that lasts about 4 seconds, when that line is picked up to dial out. Intially thought it was Message Bank, that somehow got turned on????? But read that Message bank does not exist TPG NBN Landlines.
What does this beeping mean?
How do we stop it?
@Legs11 The 3 land lines connected to the ATA, who is your VOIP or phone provider for them? Is it TPG Business phone or TPG Biz Phone?

Hi Joe.
TPG provide our NBN and the Phone lines as part of our NB Bundle. Monthly Invoice says Standard Access BizPhone user.
