Set up NBN

Hi, I have cleared all payment stuff and have got delivery of my modem already but still haven't received an activation email yet. When I rang customer care they said they will email when set up will be done but I am still waiting for my internet connection. Please take a look at my account and let me know how long that would take.

I've managed to locate your account using your Community details and based on the recent interaction on your account, you have spoken with one of our Accounts Specialists and was advised that the installation is in progress. 

 

No tech visit is required however we are awaiting advise from NBN Co as to when the remote activation will be done hence no email is sent yet.
