We have located the account using your community details and we can see that your service has been activated on July 03,2018 and your phone number has been ported on the same day.
If you are porting your existing phone number to TPG, we will advise you not to cancel your phone service with your current provider until the number has been ported.
However, once your TPG NBN bundle service is activated and your service is still active with your previous provider, you will need to contact them to have the service cancelled to ensure you do not receive any further bills.
