I have moved to a new address. The internet connection is available at the new address and it's Fibre To The Curb (FTTC). The unit has an old telephone socket with no cable input , the picture of it has been attached . Will I need to purchase an adapter of some kind and if yes, what adapter exactly please?
Please help me with this as I am having a huge problem without the internet. Can someone from the technical team come and help
me please.

@toshika . That's the one. It connects to the wall socket. The router connects to it.

Hi @toshika . You need RJ11 to type 600 plug.

Do you have the FTTC connection device?
