Flashing red light on NBN-NCD means a fault line that needs to be escalated to NBN Co. But you may also perform basic troubleshooting which is available on the article below.
Troubleshooting no internet connection.
In this case, since all the proper troubleshooting has been done. This issue has been escalated and now handled by our Engineering Team. We'll chase this with them, updates will be provided when it becomes available via SMS or Phone call.
