Transferred NBN service

Moved home and transferred my NBN service. Was informed that all I have to do is plug in the same equipments and all good to go. But no internet connection yet. Tried calling TPG 3x with no success getting to the tech support. Cust service rep even arranged a call back but never received the call for tech support.
