We were able to locate your account using your community details and the NBN plan upgrade has been applied.
However, due to the distance and quality of the copper wire from your premises to the node, we can only provide you a 39.8 Mbps Downstream and 12.9 Mbps Upstream.
When you were on the NBN50 speed tier, we've sent you an information about your speed via Email. It was dated 23/08/2019, with a subject line 'Information about Your NBN Speed (CID number)'.
You may change the plan back to NBN50 as the line can't give you the NBN100 speed tier.
