Urgent No Internet Green light

Hi TPG Team,

Yesterday morning we finished installation.The modem still didn't get the auto config. Please find attachment. It has been passed  24hours . My children can't have online lesson of their school . Would you please solve it urgently? My cccount Number : 6798128 . My telephone is 0415 892 575 .

Furthermore, Do we need apply for it ? or we just wait for your auto config ?
