Recently, I have chosen TPG NBN service.
I got the mail that installation was completed and the service is active.
But, the website says ' Your installation is progressing. We’re working hard on getting the service available for you. We'll keep you posted on the progress!'
It is actually not active yet and it seems that the line between our store and MDF in shopping centre needs to be checked.
It needs to be active as soon as possible.
Our store opening day would be tomorrow..
