Dowload speed is now 3.6Mbps with new wireless modem - and should be between 12 and 20 Mbps. At times it has been as high as 22Mbps. My modem faces north directly onto the street next to a window. Also: the 4G light occasionally turns red. What is going on and is the copverage in my area being manipulated to appease the majority of users at the expense of others?
