Where can I find “NTD” and “PCD” details .!

Hi ,

I just received an email from TPG that they need me to provide more information for locating installation address.!

The TPG advised me that my register installation home address was unrecognised/mismatch on nbnco so they need more information by following.!

1) provide NTD that starts with "NTD" with snip.
2) provide PCD number that starts with 2ASH-67-01-PCD-1234.

I think the “NTD” information is located on Arris Box, unfortunately, they won’t sent it yet, and the PCD number, I am not sure where’s that be.

So , Does everyone know about it.
