WiFi Printer not working after NBN Installation

Hi my wifi printer not working after NBN installation. Earlier it was working fine. Now no communication between laptop and printer through NBN. I even replaced my printer with new one but problem still there. Please advise on this issue as this came only after NBN installation

Did you connect your Wireless printer to your new NBN network? What is the error message that you are receiving?

 

May we also have the make and model of your Wireless printer?

 

Make sure that both devices are connected to the same wireless network in order for them to communicate with each other.

Hi @Manjeet1975,

 

Feel free to post the screen shot of the error message.

 

Note: We the Wireless Printer may requires a dynamic IP address to work. Our NBN residential plan only offers Dynamic IP Address. For now, the only way to get a Static IP Address is by signing up with NBN Business.
