complimentary 6 month speed boost 200mps

Received an email advising of a complimentary 6 month internet speed boost from TPG at 200mps. Was very grateful. However speed tests have been nowhere near this speed capping out at maybe 90mps. Is there any action required from me to take advantage of the full speed boost?

When you test the speed, were you using a WiFi or a Wired connection? If WiFi, are you connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz network?

Could you please check the speed via Wired for comparison?
