currently no available ports

I switched the line from adsl to NBN last month.
Then I can not use the Internet until now. and I was contacted to tpg technical support last week.

"We regret to inform you that there is currently no available ports for the address, where you wish to have FTTB service installed.
This issue has now been raised to our third party (FTTB Wholesale). However, we are unable to confirm a time frame as to when this issue can be fixed."

I was a bit worried when I looked at the comments here.

When will the Internet become available?
It is inconvenient for me to wait for weeks.
Please tell me how much it usually takes to fix it.

Thank you

Hi @neroo20,

Welcome to TPG Community!

There was no time frame that was given to us by our third party wholesaler (FTTB Wholesale). I'll chase this with our provisioning team and have someone to call you within the day.

Please shoot us a private message with your preferred time and best number to be contacted.

Regards,
