external network shortfall

Hi. Ow a letter from TPG stating the nbn delay is due to an external network shortfall and I have been assigned a case manager and it will be rescheduled when work is completed. I have had no contact from a case manager and need a connection date ASAP please. It have been 3 weeks with out Internet and I’m struggling working from home

I have checked your NBN-HFC 12/1 order and confirm that NBN have put this in held status.
