moving house

Im going to move house in about 3 weeks. I'm currently on adsl2 + and the new place has nbn. Will I be charged to move my service to the new premises? I'm on the no contract plan.
Also how much will tpg charge me for their nbn router?
Last of all. How long will it take to switch from old house adsl to new house nbn?
