Hi my internet light is not coming on. The power, 2.4GHz and 5Ghz lights are on. I have followed instructions for set up. This is initial set up. Could you please let me know why?

If you have received a confirmation that the installation of your service has been completed or your service is active, then you may proceed in following through the initial setup instructions. 

Otherwise, send in your TPG account details via private message so we can check the status of the install.
