Hi there,
i have just had an NBN tech here to fix my connection from the NCD to the pit.
that is now sorted, and all 4 lights on the ncd are blue and solid.
the internet light on the modem however is not lit up. i can connect to the wifi, but no interent access.
i tried speaking to someone on the chat, (no phones due to Covid) however the chat was dropped, and now i cant get hold of anyone.
this problem with the internet has been an ongoing issue for sometime now. I would really appreciate it, if someone could get in contact with me ASAP.

Do you have FTTC connection?
What model of wifi router do you have? (TP-Link Archer 1600?)
Is the DSL light on? It must be on before Internet light can come on.
If DSL off or flashing, still a problem with physical connection.

no DSL light
Which port on the Archer connects to the NBN connection box?
Manual is not clear on this point?
blue port. i believe the wan gate?
Is this a new installation or has it been working before?
Can only suggest you log into Archer and check its configuration against info sent by TPG.
I'm not on NBN so I'm not too sure about the DSL light.
May have to wait for TPG.
