Hi TPG,

 

I'm slightly at my wits end as I've been trying for the past week to get my NBN connection sorted.

 

I moved house and organised for my connection to move with me, however after receiving my NCD there still is no connection. I was informed that there was a previous ADSL connection that's still active and after providing POD for this to be rectified from NBNCo's end nothing has changed.

 

The request was rejected by NBNCo for reasons I don't fully understand and this morning I received an email informing me that I need to cancel my ADSL connection first, however I have *never* had an ADSL connection with TPG and I've been trying to contact TPG to get this very same issue sorted.

         NBN Rejected installation for this adress due to mismatch records. 

nothing to worry looks like it's an easily fixable, I am escalating this issue to our engineering team, they help you to solve this issue, 

someone will call you within 48hours, 

I will PM you the ticket number.
