Hi @niuleigh,

 

Have you tried using your Mobile data when playing PUBG Mobile to compare the ping that you are receiving?

 

Based on other forums, it appears that the issue is within the PUBG Mobile since they are connecting you to the Asia / American Server only. Other Australian players have raised this with PUBG, but we are not able to see any response to it.

 

Are you experiencing slow speed issues with your service at all? Or it is just with the PUBG Mobile?

Hi Basil,

 

My mobile data Vodafone performs better than my TPG NBN for PUBG mobile gaming. My Telstra cable did better too with very stable ping.

 

Sometimes my TPG can do very well giving me green ping for gaming but it only lasts short period of time daily. Most of the time the ping fluctuates badly with red ping.

 

I understand the game servers problems but I want to know is how can TPG give me more stable internet for gaming?
