after many troubles we have finally recieved the new modem but now i need help on how to get this nbn situation sorted out, apparently all my neighbours have nbn but i remember being told there was some problem with our installation? whats the situation and how do we get this resolved quickly?

also if you need to send someone over or something ftlog please at least send me an email with the date and time beforehand or something, apparently people have come over in the morning??? when no one was home because we never recieved any notice of any appointments ever even though thats aparently a thing that needs doing
