I WILL NEED TO ACCCESS MY PERSONAL EMAIL MESSAGES

how can i do this/

do i need to delete my AMAYSIM mobile number while away

can you suspend the need to enter a code to log in to my account

I have spent (wasted) much time today trying to get tpg to andwer the 13 phone and then being frustrated with no help form the 9007 .... call centre.

TPG was once easy to deal with -- today was very disapointing.

Please help to resolve this issue .

Hi @petermair44 

We've edited your post as it contains your account and personal details.

Since you'll be overseas, you have the option to use an email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) for your TPG mail account.

There's no need to enter an OTP once you've configured your account through it.

We do not suspend the OTP requirement and it is implemented to protect our customers.
