Account Expired

Hi TPG,

I recently attempted to perform an outgoing call from my phone, but when I tried to, it did not call, rather, I received a message from TPG that my account is expired and I need to contact TPG Customer Support. I'm not sure exactly why this has happened. What can I do about this?
