Hi,
I am no longer able to receive OTP mesages from my bank. They have confirmed that the messages are being sent, but I am not receiving them.
They confirmed that their messages, received as text messages, are not in SMS format but are in Push notification format. Is this format supported by TPG? If so, how am I able to ensure that I receive the OTPs?
Note: I used to receive the mesages (as recently as April 2024).

You may be getting those notifications straight from your banking app. Can we get you to check whether you’ve got the notifications turned on for you banking app?
