Can’t Add data

Hi I am an nbn and phone customer with tpg.

I upgraded plans which starts next billing cycle (phone).

This has removed the control panel options for my current account and I can’t add data.

I am waiting for tpg to patch over my nbn, I now have no internet of any type and can’t contact anyone at tpg. I can only contact sales who transfer me to closed departments. I urgently need internet to respond to work emails. Please contact
