Can't call nor receive calls

Hi 

I am in Singapore and have a TPG sim that I am using for the data but my number does not call nor receive calls, please help me solve this issue. Still, I am able to receive sms but not able to send them.

Sorry to learn that you are experiencing difficulty with the roaming service. We'd love to assist you however I am unable to locate your account using your Community details. 

Kindly send your Customer ID or your TPG mobile number via private message so we can pull up your account and check the status of your roaming service.
