Get online support
I can't log into my online tpg account. I get a forbidden message. I ususally use an old TPG ID number, log in with password, and then go to "click here" to access my new novus accounts. This was all workinng a month ago and now it is not and it totally incovenienvced me on a recent overseas trip as I could not top up my account or see what the problem was in the inability to use Roaming!

You need to access your mobile account using its own TPG username or customer ID number.
If you forget your mobile account details, then please contact our Customer Support on 1300 993 011 for assistance.
