Are you able to check the APN settings on your phone for MMS?

APN: live.vodafone.com

MMS Port: 8080
MCC: 505
MNC: 3
APN type: mms
Did you turn On your Mobile data, while sending an MMS? If not, please turn On your Mobile data then try again.
