just found a problem with activating my TPG sim, i followed all the instructions apart from sending the 6 digit code back to TPG. I cant do this because i have no credit on my old telstra sim. I attempted to call TPG support but got cuttoff 3 times. I have the 6 digit code but i dont know how to get the code back to TPG?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
